1. Read: Operations Tour --Wegmans Food Markets (pp. 32-35.) Wegmans' operations are similar to those of Big Y or Super Stop and Shop. Discuss among the group and answer the questions at the end of the section. In answering the questions, include personal experiences and observations at any of the supermarket your are familiar with. Hand in your answers next week.
2. Briefly explain the term "environmentally responsible" business.
3. Visit the following company web sites and learn about their environmental or community efforts.
