You Need and Where to Obtain Them
·
Obtain
a copy of your audit sheet from your
On-line Student Services account. The
audit sheet is a complete record of your academic progress at Westfield State College.
It details courses complete, grades, semester hours earned, transfer credits
(if applicable to you situation,) and courses currently enrolled in.
·

If
you are new to the major and do not have the book titled Student Handbook
for the Department of Economics and Management, get one in room W410.
This manual will provide you with critical information that you will need to
know while a student in the Economics and Management Department.
·
Bring
a copy of the Fall 2008 Course Offerings Booklet. You may
find them at several locations throughout the campus. Using the student
handbook, Academic Summary Sheet, and Course Offerings Booklet to determine
what courses you might need for the next semester. Make certain you consider
prerequisite requirements.
The
entire department attempts to make this process as quick and painless as
possible. Students need to make an appointment and be on time. If you
cannot make your appointment please call to let the advisor know.
Students
that ask for advising time after the advising period are being disrespectful of
faculty time and other student needs.
